Tourism (Designated Tourist Facilities) (General) (Amendment) Regulations, 2026 (No. 6).

This Resolution, comprising 4 sections, amends the original text as follows: (i) repealing subsections 1(b)(ii) and 2(a)(ii); (ii) inserting a new section 3, which provides that an application for the registration of a designated tourist facility must be accompanied by a non-refundable application fee; and (iii) adding a new Schedule setting out the applicable fees and charges for different types of tourism establishments and service providers, including hotels, guest houses, and tour operators.
