Tourism (Designated Tourist Facilities) (Licensing) Regulations, 1996.

These Regulations are made by the Minister of Environment and Tourism, in terms of section 57 of the Tourism Act [Chapter 14:20] and provide for licensing of designated tourist facilities. They contain the procedure for application, renewal, replacement and cancellation of licences. They also provide for conditions to qualify for grant of a licence.
