Water (Combined Irrigation Schemes) Regulations (Government Notice No. 561 of 1962).

Whenever two or more owners of land desire that in respect of a certain area a combined scheme of irrigation be authorized, a petition in terms of section 59 of the (Water) Act shall be submitted to the Minister in accordance with form A (sect. 3). A Committee nominated under section 59 shall investigate the scheme (sect. 4). (19 sections and one Schedule)
