Abstract
These Regulations are made by the Minister of Lands, Agriculture, Water and Rural Resettlement in accordance with the Land Commission Act [Chapter 20:29]. They amend certain provisions of the Water (Subcatchment Councils) (Rates) Regulations, 2005.
