Abstract
These Regulations concern procedures with the Water Court of Zimbabwe. The 34 regulations are divided into a Preliminary (regs. 1-2) and seven Parts: Applications (I); Preparation of Cases for Court (II); Water Courts (III); Costs (IV); Investigations (V); Service of Notices and Other Documents (VI); General (VII).
Part I prescribes rules with respect to applications for rights to use water for special purposes such as irrigation, fish farming and mining.
