Request description
The request aims at revising the framework law relating to Environmental Management Cameroon, 37 years after its adoption and entry into force. Giving the changing nature of the environment and its constituant elements, the law is no longer efficient to meet the expectations of the stakeholders and to face the challenges of the environmental crisis. The framework law needs to be aligned with the present needs of the protection of the environment reason why the Government decided to undertake the revision.
