The integration of the different administrative processes in the enforcement of ENR Laws will speed up the attainment of environmental justice. The current situation in the Philippines show that litigants are reliant in the courts in obtaining legal redress. Hence, the Philippines will craft an administrative procedure that will integrate the enforcement of all ENR Laws. This endeavor will require hiring of technical and legal experts, public consultations and capacity-building of the field office personnel of the different government agencies enforcing environment and natural resources laws.
