Abstract
This Law provides for the Forestry Policy of the State of Rio Grande do Norte. Forestry activities must ensure the maintenance of quality of life and ecological balance and the preservation of genetic heritage, observing the following principles: preservation and conservation of biodiversity; social function of property; compatibility between development and environmental balance; sustained use of renewable natural resources. The State's forestry policy aims to: ensure the conservation of the main phyto-ecological formations; regulate and exploit native plant densities, through their conservation and inspection; control the exploitation, use and consumption of forestry products and by-products; organize afforestation and reforestation activities, especially with regard to the physical and environmental occupation of these undertakings; develop actions with the aim of supplying the demand for forestry products that can be exploited and used; promote the recovery of degraded areas; protect wild flora and fauna; stimulate environmental education and ecological tourism programmes in forest areas and conservation units; promote the conservation of water resources; promote soil conservation and management.

These Regulations establish that moneys credited to the Declared Pest Account under the (Agriculture and Related Resources Protection Act 1976) AARRP Act section 65 may be used under the (Biosecurity and Agriculture Management Act 2007) BAM Act section 138(a) to carry out measures to control declared pests on and in relation to areas for which rates were collected under the AARRP Act.

Abstract
This Act makes provision for the recording of certain legal deeds and patents and the effect of such recording and prescribes penalties for the selling or mortgaging of land, tenements and hereditaments twice.
The Act sets out certain conditions for a transfer of any freehold or inheritance and defines the legal effect in terms of evidence of the recording of deeds at the Record Office. The Act also provides for the recording of full satisfaction obtained by a mortgagee of any lands or tenements.

Abstract
This Act makes provision with respect to distress for rent not paid by a tenant to a landlord and it gives powers to a landlord to distrain and sell goods and chattels fraudulently carried off the premises. The landlord may seize and secure cattle, stock or crops or other product whatsoever, which shall be growing on any part of the demised estates, if the tenant doesn't pay the rent. The Act also provides, among other things, for recovery of rents from under-tenants and prohibits a tenant or lessee to fraudulently remove his or her goods or chattels.

Abstract
This Act regulates the registration of mortgages. All persons holding mortgages or other conditional conveyances of property which shall be made and executed by any person or persons in respect of any property situate in Bermuda shall deposit for registration in the office of the Registrar General a memorandum containing the particulars as set out in section 1. Non registration implies that other persons can mortgage or conditionally convey the same property. Charges on property of company other than on land in Bermuda cannot be registered under this Act.

Abstract
This Act provides that houses, lands and other hereditaments, and real estate in Bermuda and belonging to an indebted person, shall be liable to and chargeable with all established debts, duties and demands of what nature or kind soever, owing by such person to the State or any private person. The real estate may be used for the satisfaction of debts and shall be subject to remedies, proceedings and process, in any court in Bermuda, for seizing, extending, selling or disposing of such real estate, towards the satisfaction of debts, duties and demands.
