Abstract
This Decree sets forth specific requirements for hazardous waste permit to ensure safe treatment, storage and disposal of hazardous wastes. This Decree states that “permit” is a written consent which provides information about type of hazardous waste, physical-chemical classification, hazard classification and quantity of components. The permit shall be prepared for each type of hazardous waste arising from economic activity of permit holder. Codes for and hazard characteristics of all types of hazardous waste shown in “permit” shall be in accordance with the Basel Convention.
