Abstract
This Act makes provision for the establishment of the Coffee Industry Board as a body corporate and defines its functions, powers and rules of internal organization.
The Board shall, among other things: (a) promote the development of the coffee industry; (b) establish and maintain nurseries and coffee plantations; and (c) advise the Minister.
