Abstract
This Order implements provisions of the Coffee Industry Regulation Act with respect to cess imposed pursuant to a resolution of the Coffee Industry Board upon the proceeds of the sale by any person in Jamaica of any coffee or any coffee product produced in Jamaica, whether such sale takes place in Jamaica or elsewhere. The cess is set out in the Schedule to this Order.
