Abstract
This Law amends the Costal Law No. 3621. It changes the definition of ‘Coast Line’ covered by Article 4 and adds new clauses to Article 5 regulating constructions, roads, pedestrian ways, public gardens near coast lines. The Law further states that the construction plans close to coast lines should be revised in one year time.
