Abstract
La Llei 25/2004, del 14 de desembre, de residus adopta els criteris jeràrquics europeus de gestió de residus, integrats i desenvolupats en el Pla nacional de residus (PNR). Per ordre prioritari, aquests criteris són la prevenció en la generació de residus, la reutilització, el reciclatge, la valorització energètica i l’eliminació.
