Decree 134/2026 of April 8, 2026, approving the Regulation on the granting of aid to promote quality regimes for agricultural and food products.

It also includes indirect aid for inspection, labeling, and promotion.
The key discursive shift is the introduction of a requirement for adult bovine female fattening subsidies: beneficiaries must guarantee herd replacement with young Bruna d’Andorra cows to prevent a decline in the national bovine herd. The amounts are updated annually based on the consumer price index (IPC), with specific per-unit payments detailed in an annex.
