Abstract
This decree modifies the 2024 regulation on authorising water capture for human consumption. It amends Article 9(2)(b) to broaden the range of professionals qualified to sign the required hydrogeological study.
Previously limited to geologists or hydrogeologists, the revised text allows any competent technician in hydrogeological studies, provided they are endorsed by their professional association. The change responds to the fact that no specific degree in hydrology exists, and seeks to align legal requirements with technical expertise.
