Abstract
This Decree amends the Regulation on substances depleting the ozone layer and other fluorinated greenhouse gases. Amendments deal with the sections B and C of article 5. Section B regulates recycled hydro-chlorofluorocarbons for maintenance and revision of refrigeration, air conditioning and heat pump equipment in service, provided they have been recovered from these devices and can only be used by them. Companies that have carried out the recovery, and provided that the container has a label indicating that the substance has been recycled. Section C: hydro-chlorofluorocarbons regenerated for maintenance and revision of refrigeration, air conditioning and heat pump equipment in service, provided that the container has a label indicating that the substance has been regenerated, as well as the information about the batch number and the direction of the regeneration service.
