Abstract
This Decree amends annexes 2 and 3 of the Noise Pollution Regulations of May 3, 1996 concerning, respectively, the measurement and evaluation of sound levels and the noise regulation from public or private construction works and from facilities in general. The Decree also have a transitional provision regulating all works already going on at the time of entry into force of the Decree.

This Decree shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Principality of Andorra.

This text is amended by a Corrigendum text published on the Butlletì Oficial del Principat d'Andorra - Núm. 25 del 23 de febrer del 2022. A specific error was found in the wording of section 8 of article 1 of the above mentioned Decree 26/2022, where it says: “8. The instrumentation used in the measurements must meet the defined type 1 specifications in IEC 60672 and IEC 60260, for sound level meters, and IEC 60942 for acoustic calibrators, or in any other subsequent rule that replaces them.” It should say: “8. The instrumentation used in the measurements must meet the defined type 1 specifications in IEC 61672 and IEC 61260, for sound level meters, and IEC 60942 for acoustic calibrators, or in any other subsequent rule that replaces them.”
