Abstract
With a view to ensuring the protection of public health and the environment, the present Decree establishes the rules that shall apply to the management of hazardous waste, as defined under article 3. Any legal person or individual producing hazardous waste shall be registered in the Register set up by article 4. Article 12 concerns the labelling of hazardous waste.
