Decree on the structure of the Ministry of Environment, Agriculture and Sustainability.

This Decree establishes the structure of the Ministry of Environment, Agriculture and Sustainability as follows: a) Department of Agriculture; b) Directorate General of Environment and Sustainability; c) Strategy and Communication. The Department of Agriculture is structured into: a) Veterinary Service for Animal Health and Protection; b) Area of Agricultural Farms and Structures; c) Administrative Support and Budgetary Management; The Directorate General of Environment and Sustainability is structured into: a) Office of Energy and Climate Change (OECC); b) Department of Environment and Sustainability; c) Corps of Flags; The Office of Energy and Climate Change is structured into: a) Energy and Climate Change; b) Meteorology; c) Administrative Support The Department of Environment and Sustainability is structured into: a) Environmental Management and Control and Industrial Safety Area; b) Aquatic Environment, Infrastructure and Fauna Area; c) Landscape, Biodiversity and Environmental Assessment Area; d) Quality, Administrative Support and Budget Management.
