Abstract
This Law amends Law No. 9/2003 on the cultural heritage of Andorra. Amendments deal with Goods of cultural interest; Assets of Andorra's cultural heritage be declared assets of cultural interest by decree of the Government, at the proposal of the Minister of Culture; Procedures for the declaration of a good of cultural interest begin with the resolution of the Minister of Culture, etc.

This Law repeals Article 47 of the General Law on the Planning and Urban Planning of 29 December 2000, as amended by Law No. 08/2006 of 21 June by Law No. 06/2011, of July 28, and by Law No. 16/2012 of 31 July.
