Law No. 9/2003 on the cultural heritage of Andorra.

The objective of this Law aims to: protect, conserve, restore, promote, and disseminate Andorra's cultural heritage. The set of technical and scientific operations is understood by restoration destined to guarantee the framework of a critical and aesthetic methodology for the continuity of arts. Integrated conservation is understood as the set of measures aimed at ensuring the preservation of the cultural heritage and ensuring its maintenance in a suitable environment to the needs of society. The cultural heritage of Andorra includes the material and non-material assets related to the history or culture of Andorra that, due to its natural, historical, artistic, aesthetic, archaeological, ethnological, urban, architectonic or technical, have a cultural interest. The assets that make up Andorra's cultural heritage are classified as: Property of cultural interest; Inventory goods. The Government must promote the outward diffusion of Andorra's cultural heritage and cultural exchanges. Likewise, it must collaborate with the governments of other states and with international organizations in the protection, conservation and dissemination of cultural heritage.
