Regulation amending the Air Pollution Control Regulations.

Article 11 of Section 2 of the Air Pollution Control Regulations of 25 February 2009 is amended with regard to the compliance by the service stations with the emission limit value set out in Annex IV, which is established to be dependant on the design and the functioning. The amendments primarily concern the service stations' gasoline vapor recovery systems during loading to storage; the capture of harmful gas fumes escaping from the motor vehicles depot during the supply in the service stations; the relationship steam-gasoline, which should be maintained between 0.95 and 1.05; the efficiency of these systems, which must be certified by the manufacturer and tested at least once a year.
Further, point 2B of Annex IV is amended to provide special restrictive provisions for certain activities, such as service stations, dry cleanings, printers, combustion and / or fuselage installations.
