Abstract
This Law amends the Law Concerning the Establishment of the Abu Dhabi Sewerage Services Company by: adding definitions of “Government” and “The Board” and by replacing in article 4 the word “Authority” with the word “Government”; by replacing article 7 on the management of the Company by a Board; by replacing article 8 on tasks of the Board; by replacing article 9 on the functioning of the Board; by deleting articles 6,11,12 and 13; and by adding a new article (15Bis) on tasks of the Board as specified in Law No. 2 of 1998.
