Ministerial Resolution No. 13 of 2012 amending Ministerial Resolution No. 186 of 2011 and Ministerial Resolution No. 849 of 2010 and Ministerial Resolution No. 554 od 2009 regarding banned or restricted use pesticides in the United Arab Emirates.

This Law, consisting of 4 articles, prohibits the production, manufacture, installation, import or circulation of any class of the pesticides described and entered in the lists no. (1), (3) and (5) attached to this Law. It allows as well import, export and circulation of the pesticides entered in the lists (2) and (4), only after obtaining permission from the competent authority and implementing the necessary procedures.
