Abstract
This Law, consisting of 5 articles, prohibits the production, manufacture, installation, import or circulation of any class of the pesticides described and entered in the lists no. (1), (4) and (6) attached to this Law. It allows import, export and circulation of the pesticides entered in the lists (2), (3) and (5) only after obtaining permission from the competent authority and implementing the necessary procedures. All the attached lists are in English.
