Ministerial Resolution No. 34 of 2026 on amending some provisions of Ministerial Resolution No. 111 of 2020 regarding the Executive Regulations of Federal Law No. 10 of 2002 regarding the practice of the Veterinary Medicine Profession and its amendments.

This Resolution amends the original text as follows (i) Article 1 to establish the meanings of key terms under the Regulations; (ii) Article 2 to classify the following 4 categories of paraprofessionals, all of whom must work under the supervision of a licensed veterinarian (1) Veterinary Assistant; (2) Veterinary Technician; (3) Veterinary laboratory technician; (4) Veterinary nurse; (iii) Article 3, by amending the conditions for practicing veterinary paraprofessionals; (iv) Article 5, by amending the conditions and controls for granting licenses to veterinary facilities.
