Ministerial Resolution No. 771 of 2014 amending Ministerial Resolution No. 511 of 2013 regarding banned or restricted use pesticides in the United Arab Emirates.

This Law, consisting of 6 articles, amends the Ministerial Resolution No. 511 of 2013. It prohibits the production, manufacture, installation, import, re-export or circulation of any class of the pesticides described and entered in the list no. (1) attached to this Law. It bans also registration of the pesticides entered in the lists (2) and (3). The Law provides that the pesticides in attachments (2) and (3) can be used and circulate only under the supervision of a licensed technician from the ministry and according to specified conditions, different in the two cases.
