ٌResolution of the Council of Ministers No.25 of 2014 on the Executive Regulations of Federal Law No. 8 of 2013 on the prevention and control of contagious and epidemic animal diseases.

This Regulation consisting of 15 articles and 1 Annex deals with (i) preventive measures against infectious diseases; (ii) suspected infectious or epidemiological diseases; (iii) Prevent the spread of epidemic, infectious or common diseases; (iv) diagnostic specimens; (v) procedures to be taken once an infectious or epidemic disease has been confirmed respectively by the Ministry of Environment and Water, the concerned authority, police stations, and the governmental veterinarian; (vi) safe disposal of dead animals, either through incinerators and dumps, or by burial in installations, or disinfection and sterilization; and (vii) epidemiological monitoring, its teams, reports, and commitments.
