Amendment in Article (2) of Public Health Law.

The amendment to Article 2 of the Public Health Act establish national health safety requirements and technical specifications for medical devices and health-related technologies. It also mandates the provision of free health services to the public. The amendments introduce new provisions concerning medical instruments, medical software, and health facilities related to nutrition and infant care. Furthermore, the text stipulates that medical services provided to resident foreigners and stateless individuals shall be equal to those offered to Afghan citizens. The amendment comprises two articles.
