Abstract
This Law amends the Land Affairs Management Law 2017, to clarify a number of concepts and modify a number of articles. The Law expands the definition of state lands to all lands located inside or outside the urban areas and has been registered in the state-land book, including but not limited to gardens, water lands, abandoned lands, mountains, hillsides, fields, forests, and rangelands. The public lands are defined as all lands, either inside or outside of the urban areas and dedicated to public interests. With the approval of the Council of Ministers, and in order to provide for the public services cost, the Government may sell parts of its lands through auctions to domestic corporations or individuals.
