Abstract
This Act establishes the Antigua and Barbuda Development Bank as a body corporate and defines its functions, powers and internal organization.
The Bank shall assist persons in establishing, carrying on or expanding development enterprises by participating in share capital, granting loans and providing other forms of financial assistance and carry out other functions assigned to it by this Act. The Act defines regulation-making powers of the Minister and, in the Schedule, the rules of operation of the Bank.
