Companies Regulations 1997.

These Regulations lay down rules regarding prospectus lodged by or on behalf of a company; names of the company; share designations; proxies and circulars; financial disclosure; exemption from public disclosure of financial statement and application procedures for exemption; forms which are set out in the Third Schedule; fees payable under the Companies Act; and the obligations of the non-profit company.
