Abstract
These Regulations prescribe freshwaters where only fishing by rod and line may take place and declare any other fishing in such places to be an offence. The prohibition shall not apply where prior permission in writing has been given by the Minister for such period and under such conditions as the Minister thinks fit. The Regulations shall not apply to any fishing carried out within off-shore waters of Antigua and Barbuda.
