Abstract
Section 8 of this Act repeals section 22 of the Maritime Areas Act and substitutes a new section 22 in which powers of the defence force, the police force and other authorized persons with respect to the enforcement of section 19(1) of the Act are specified and other matters relating to the passage of foreign ships and enforcement measures are regulated.
