Abstract
These Regulations make provision for the registration of merchant ships and implement provisions of the Antigua and Barbuda Merchant Shipping Act, 2006. They concern marking of ships, ownership of and mortgages on ships and define offences.
The Register of Ships shall be maintained by the Registrar of Shipping pursuant to section 13 of the Act and these Regulations.
