National Parks (Amendment) Act, 1984 (Act No. 3 of 1986).

Section 23 of the Principal Act is repealed and the following section substituted: "Where the Authority has determined that it is necessary or desirable for the better carrying out of its functions under this Act that any private land within the Park should be acquired by the Crown, the Authority shall isssue a written determination to such effect and the Crown may thereupon acquire such land under the Land Acquisition Ordinance".
