Section 2 is amended by replacing the definition of “Minister” and by inserting a definition of “Town and Country Planner”. Section3 is amended as regards the functions of the national parks Authority. Other amendments concern consultation of the Parks Commissioner with the Town and Country Planner and other functions of the Town and Country Planner in respect of natural and cultural heritage.
