Abstract
These Regulations make amendment in Schedule 1 to the Pesticides and Toxic Chemicals Act as regards the composition of the Pesticides and Toxic Chemicals Control Board. The Board shall consist of such number of members, but not exceeding nine, appointed by the Minister, representing relevant interest groups in the fields of plant protection, agricultural services, customs control, scientific research, public health, pharmaceuticals, legal services and environmental services.
