Abstract
An Act to provide for the establishment and constitution of the Port Authority as a body corporate and to regulate matters relating to port activities.
The Act consists of 53 sections divided into 9 Parts: The Authority (I); Financial provisions (II); Responsibility of the Authority as a warehouseman (III); Goods (IV); General (V); Accidents (VI); Special provisions relating to harbours (VII); Offences (VIII); Regulations (IX).
The Authority shall develop harbours of Antigua and Barbuda, provide and operate port services, and generally be responsible for the carrying out of provisions of this Act.
