Abstract
These Regulations make provision for port state control in ports of Antigua and Barbuda for purposes of international conventions including the International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships and the Protocol of 1978 modifying that Convention. Inspection shall be carried out by the Antigua and Barbuda Department of Marine Services and Merchant Shipping (ADOMS) in accordance with rules set out by these Regulations.
