Abstract
This Decision, as in accordance with the provisions of the Albanian Law No. 24/2017 on the administration of irrigation and drainage, proclaims the establishment and prescribes issues regarding the functioning and organization of the following irrigation and drainage directorates: Lezha, Durres, Fern and Korca (irrigation, drainage and flood protection service areas, considered as subordinate structures of the Ministry responsible for agriculture, financed from the state budget).
