Abstract
This Decision sets the rules that have the purpose to define necessary requirements and procedures as regards the production, marketing, storage, packaging, labelling and use of fertilizer products that are registered as such. The production of dangerous fertilizing products may be performed by any legal or physical person with a license for the exercise of this particular activity. This text defines a series of technical issues and indications regarding the entire cycle of use of fertilizer products (here intended as soil fertilizers for plant production and soil fertility or nutrients).
