Decision No. 942 dated 17.11.2010 approving procedures and documentation for the mineral permits in the open zones.

The Regulation lays down procedures and documentation required for the mineral permits in the open zones. These zones should be located within the areas published as opened in the annual minerar plan. The full documentation of such request should be submitted to the National Licensing Center which publishes the application dates. The application materials are electronically sent to the Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Energetics which is the central implementing authority. A model application is attached to the Regulation.
