The Decision lays down rules and procedures for the preparation and implementation of the National Plan of Environmental Monitoring. It’s composed of the following Sections: General (I), Preparation and Approval of the National Plan of Environment Assessment (II), Implementation of the National Plan of Environmental Monitoring from the Central and Monitoring Institutions (III), Handling and Processing of the Environment Protection Data (IV), Financial Support (V), and Final Provisions (VI). An Annex on “Indicators of the Environment Status and Pressure” is also attached to the regulation.
