Regulation No. 1189 on the rules and procedures for the elaboration and implementation of the national programme for the environmental monitoring.

This Regulation approves the rules and the procedures for the implementation of the national programne for environmental monitoring. It is composed of six Sections, as follows: I) General provisions; II) Drafting and approval of the national programme for environmental monitoring; III) Implementation of the national programme for environmental monitoring from the central organs and monitoring institutions; IV) Processing of monitored data; V) Financial costs; VI) Final provisions. Two annexes on indicators of the environmental status are attached.
