Abstract
According to the Decision No. 333 of 2011 the administration of the solid waste deposits should be managed at the regional level by the regional councils which should collaborate with the local government units, the Ministry of Environment and Water Administration and the Ministry of Public Works to determine and approve the areas where the regional deposits can be built. The deposits selection should be done according to the strategy and national plan of waste management.
