The decision aims to establish procedures for completing the process of transferring agricultural land ownership to beneficiaries, in accordance with Law No. 57/2012. Local government units are required to publicly announce the submission period for documentation from land users who have not yet received the Act of Land Ownership (AMTP). Uers must submit their requests along with necessary documents, including land plans and family status certificates. Once submitted, local government units verify the documentation, ensuring there are no conflicts or previous ownership claims. Verified land plots are then marked on cadastral maps and displayed publicly for consultation. Public consultations allow for verification and correction of the listed land users before finalizing the records. After this stage, the completed lists and cadastral maps are forwarded to relevant institutions for further verification and approval.
