Abstract
This Decision here adopts the necessary criteria for the exercise, approval and monitoring of scientific research activities in the protected environmental areas. The exercise of research-scientific activities in protected areas has to be carried out in accordance with the legal framework in force for biodiversity, wild fauna and flora and protected areas. The request (attached forms in the Annex of this text) for the exercise of research-scientific activity in the protected environmental areas can be presented by the subjects/individuals such as institutions of higher education; institutions and inter-institutional centers of research and development; research and development institutions under the ministries; and other (listed in article 3).
