Decision nr. 371 dated 11 June 2014 on criteria for the exercise, approval and monitoring of research-scientific activities in the protected environmental areas.

This Decision here defines necessary rules and valid procedures for the delivery of hazardous waste and their delivery document, aimed for authorized professionals or engaged operators within the territory of the Republic of Albania. Hazardous waste is classified as such in adopted waste catalogues. This text also imposes the obligation for sender, for each transfer, to send electronically a copy of the completed and signed delivery documents electronically from the parties to the National Environment Agency, through the unique government portal denominated e-Albania.
