Abstract
The first paragraph of article 4 of the principal Decree shall be modified so as to redefine the territorial waters of the People's Republic of Albania. The territorial waters are extended along the entire coastline 'over a width of 12 nautical miles', beginning with the straight baseline running from the points indicated in the new article 4. The width of the territorial waters from the Buna River to Rodon Cape is extended up to the Albanian-Yugoslav borderline.
